Hello World: Welcome to Project Coastal.

Well, here goes - I'm Ryan and I'm building a video game. It's not much yet, and it's not much to look at - but humble beginnings are the starting place for any project, regardless of the group at the helm. I'm hoping that it'll grow and change along with an audience and eventually grow into a project that'll bring people a lot of happiness.

The pitch is this -

JRPGs released on PS1 were among the most beloved on any platform, but the style of 3D rendered pixel art in the detail of the PS1 era has fallen off. I want to bring some of that back with a story to match.

I hope I can grow an audience, but for now I'll eject into the internet void and keep working. I hope you, reader - keep up with updates and give the devlog a read every so often.
